Process & Standards
The assembly line, in plain sight.
Every song and every signing under the xobehtedistuO Label runs through ZephyrForge — the label's assembly-line supervisor. The system below is not marketing language; it is the actual operating procedure applied to each track and each artist.
The one rule
No proof, no progression.
Every stage ends in a gate. A gate opens only when its yes/no checklist is answered, proof of completion is on file, every issue raised is resolved or explicitly waived, and the supervisor's own quality check passes with operator sign-off. A song advances on evidence, never on the calendar.
The production line
Ten locked stages, in order.

Performance Tracking & Monetization
Stage 10 of 10 closes with its gate review: checklist answered, proof artifact filed, issues flagged.
The split
Eighty / twenty, in writing.
Revenue collected on roster work splits 80% to the artist and 20% to the label, per monetization event, with the arithmetic shown in the ledger every time. Every figure carries a verification tag: VERIFIED (statement or export on file), OPERATOR-REPORTED (reported by the label, pending verification), or ESTIMATED (a stated projection). No number is presented untagged.
The signing line
Onboarding is a gate, not a form.
- OB-1
Sign-On Intake Questionnaire
An 18-field intake covering identity & legal, creative profile, goals & capacity, and business readiness.
- OB-2
AI Agent Label Contract Walk-Through
A clause-by-clause, plain-language walk-through of the AI Agent Label Contract, with a comprehension check per clause. ZephyrForge advises and tracks; it is not a lawyer, and independent counsel is encouraged. A signature is never marked complete without an executed copy on file.
- OB-3
Welcome: What to Expect
How the system works, the 80/20 mechanics, and the weekly production cadence — with watched-and-confirmed checks.
- OB-4
Roster Activation & Hand-Off
The artist joins the active roster, receives their first weekly production target, and their first track record opens at Stage 1.
The roster adds an artist only after all four onboarding gates clear and the label head signs off. Nothing pre-dated, nothing assumed.
